As I Am Dry & Itchy Scalp Care Cowash is a cleansing conditioner that combines a clarifying wash, a hydrating conditioner, and a scalp treatment in one step - no lather required.
Milder Than Shampoo: Formulated with Piroctone Olamine and Olive Oil to relieve dryness, reduce flaking, and soothe irritation while helping the scalp retain moisture. Alternate with the DISC Shampoo between wash days for a gentler cleanse.
Detangles as It Cleans: Conditions the hair to improve manageability and shine, making detangling far easier.
Key Ingredients: TEA TREE OIL has antibacterial and antifungal properties and helps soothe the scalp, reduce dandruff, and relieve itching. OLIVE OIL is a natural moisturizer that hydrates hair and scalp and helps reduce flakiness. PEPPERMINT OIL cools and refreshes, helping reduce scalp dryness and itching.
The Dry & Itchy Scalp Care collection has been reformulated: Zinc Pyrithione (ZPT) was removed to comply with updated European Union regulations and replaced with Piroctone Olamine, an antifungal ingredient for addressing dandruff and soothing scalp irritation. The formula also includes Olive Oil, Tea Tree Oil, and Peppermint Oil.
How to Use: Shake well before use. Rub a liberal amount between the palms and distribute throughout hair and scalp. Massage in, detangle, then rinse thoroughly. For best results, use at least twice a week, or as directed by a doctor. After rinsing, apply the Dry & Itchy Oil Treatment.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
