Payment Finalization: Please note that while orders are initiated in the App, payment is completed securely via invoice on our Website.

10. Your Rights & Account Deletion
Under modern privacy laws (CCPA/GDPR), you have the right to:

Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data through the following methods:

App Users: You can initiate account deletion directly within the App via Me > Account Management. This action will immediately revoke your sign-in access and delete your mobile app profile.

Web Users: You may request account closure by emailing wholesale@iwellus.com.

Important Notice on Data Retention: In accordance with Apple App Store Guidelines and global privacy laws, we will delete your personal account records upon request. However, as a wholesale business, we are legally required to retain certain transactional data (such as invoices, order history, and tax records) for regulatory and accounting purposes.
Active Obligations: We cannot process a deletion request if there is an Outstanding Balance or if there are Pending Orders that have not yet been delivered. These obligations must be settled before an account can be closed.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and providing a notice via the Website or App.
